In turn, the experts expressed their hope that the organizers will be able to reach outside the Republic, like International Sports Games «Children of Asia» did. Participants who actively manifested themselves at the meetings, were allocated to the awards ceremony and received a letter of gratitude with a gift book from a member of the refereeing.
«We are all built on diplomacy, treaties, consensus searches, and on the rule that each opinion should be heard,» – said Varvara Parilova, organizer, member of the «Intersfera» Council.
Vadim Petrov, winner in the nomination «Best Author of the Resolution», is fond of diplomatic games since the 7th grade. «I liked to watch news. I used to come from school, turn on the TV and watch how distinctly and beautifully the speakers spoke. I wanted to speak the same way, «says Vadim.
Vadim noted that his team helped him win. «All members of our coalition made a huge contribution to the creation of the resolution. I noticed that it was easier for us to make up the budget part, because all the countries of our team had practically the same budget. I think this is a very intense game. Our team won by one vote in the second stage, whereas in the first round of voting we had the same votes. »
Arina Zenkina, who flew to Yakutsk from Kaliningrad, won the «Best Delegate» nomination.
Arina studies in the economic and diplomatic class, with an in-depth study of diplomacy. As a result of this preparation, already by the 10th grade she has a great experience of diplomatic performances, managed to visit Riga and Ilava (Poland) as a delegate at the youth European parliament.
«First of all, it’s very gratifying that I was invited to participate in the International Science Games. They certainly gave me great experience. This is a great contribution to my future, «Arina said.
Arina also admits that the victory in the nomination of the best delegate, for her was a big surprise, since before the awarding of the nomination, she was sure that she would receive a nomination for the «Best Authorship of the Resolution.» Nevertheless, Arina was happy with the final result.
In Yakutsk Arina most of all remembered the tour to the Permafrost Museum. «I was very surprised that it’ really possible when outside it’s +30, and then you see ice and fell the temperature -5 on your skin».
At the end of the ceremony, delegates were invited to perform the national dance «Osuokhay».
